Cristiano Ronaldo Marries Georgina Rodríguez in Intimate Portugal Ceremony Football icon Cristiano Ronaldo has married his longtime partner, model and influencer Georgina Rodríguez, in a private civil ceremony. 

The couple tied the knot on 11 August 2026 at their home in Cascais, Portugal. The intimate event was attended by their five children. Ronaldo confirmed the news on Instagram with a photo of the pair’s hands wearing matching wedding bands and the simple caption “C❤️G”. 

A representative stated: “Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez were married today in a civil ceremony in Cascais, Portugal, and are now officially husband and wife. The ceremony was a private and intimate moment attended by their five children.” The wedding came exactly one year after the couple announced their engagement on 11 August 2025. Ronaldo, 41, and Rodríguez, 32, have been together for a decade after meeting in 2016 at a Gucci store in Madrid, where she worked as a sales assistant. They share two daughters and Rodríguez helps raise Ronaldo’s three other children. The family currently lives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where Ronaldo plays for Al-Nassr. 

The low-key ceremony follows years of public speculation about a grand wedding. Reports indicate the couple plan a larger celebration with family and friends at a later date.
